Scope

These terms and conditions govern all third-party certification credits of any type at this website; by using this website, you accept these terms and conditions in full. If you disagree with these terms and conditions or any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use this website.
Continued use constitutes acceptance of this agreement as well as all other terms and conditions found on our website.

Third-Party Organizations

CE Academy, Inc. does not provide your course credits. All course credits are provided by third party organizations. By using our website you acknowledge your understanding that all credits offered by our website are provided by third party organizations. While our courses are approved for credit from listed organizations, the third party organization retains final control of deliverability of credits, and applying those credits to users and systems under their control. Our course credit offerings are not guaranteed whatsoever. Regardless of any listed credit, the actual earned credits will be applied based on approvals of third-party organizations. These organizations may change their requirements at any time, without notice. If you take any course which generates a credit, this course and credit will also be subject to the terms and conditions of any third party organization which issues these credits.

Listing of Applicable Credits

All courses on the website list any third party credits which apply to that course or quiz. We do not guarantee this list to be accurate or complete. Credits applied to individual courses may change at any time without notice.

Credit Requirements

We do not guarantee that any credit issues by our website or any third party provider will actually satisfy the requirements set forth by any organization which it applies to. It is ultimately the end-user’s responsibility to ensure that the courses and credits you take provide the credit necessary for your purposes

Licensing Requirements

All requirements related to licenses of any type are the responsibility of the end user to satisfy. We do not guarantee that courses you take will satisfy the requirements of any license you hold. It is your responsibility to ensure that you meet all requirements for any licenses you hold. If you do not complete your requirements in time your licenses may be suspended, and this is not within our control. If you feel that you must report course credit faster than our normal process, you may use your completion certificate to self-report the credit to applicable agencies.

Delivery of Completion Credit and Credit Reporting

We do not guarantee that your valid completed course credit will be accurately reported to the applicable agency. There is no guarantee that this service will be provided correctly, or at all. We reserve the right to cancel this service at any time without notice.
You must report credits to any state organizations as necessary. We do not report credits to any state organization of any type. We do not accommodate individual state licensing requirements or state licensing board guidelines. CE Academy, Inc. does not guarantee acceptance of course credits by any licensing board. Contact your licensing board to verify that CE Academy, Inc. courses meet criteria to fulfilling your continuing education requirement.
Any course completion credit is offered in the form of a completion certificate. Course completions will also be listed in your account transcript. You will only receive completion credit by scoring 80% or higher on the quiz related to that course.
Webinar completion credit will be provided if the customer attends a minimum of 50 minutes of the online presentation. Attendance of less than 50 minutes will not generate a completion credit. If you experience connectivity issues during a webinar which cause you to not receive this credit, please call CE Academy, Inc. for assistance.

Credit Delivery Related to Setting Up Your CE Academy, Inc. Website Account

You must add your accredited member ID (AIA, GBCI, IDCEC, etc.) to your CE Academy, Inc. account profile in order for us to report credits to your respective organizations on your behalf PRIOR to course completion. If you fail to provide these numbers prior to taking your courses, your credits WILL NOT be reported. Credits completed previous to adding your member ID WILL NOT be reported.

Credit Delivery Time Frames

Credits are reported to AIA, GBCI, and other organizations within 10 business days. Some organizations require the user to self-report these credits, in which case we will not report those credits.
Please allow up to one week after the 10 day reporting period has expired for these credits to appear on your transcript from the issuing organization.

Third-Party Presentations

A representative will contact you regarding scheduling of a specific Lunch and Learn in your office within 3 business days. If you do not receive a response to a request within 3 days, please contact schedule@infospecinc.com for assistance. Please note that some Lunch and Learn presentations are not available in all areas.
